Andersen/Holm is a duo consisting of Knud Andersen, lyricist and singer and Michael Neergaard Holm, composer and jazz musician.

We examine in text and music what two Danish, mature men can say about love and grief and about a life and a world that can still surprise and excite us.

Andersen/Holm make music that draws inspiration from all the sources that have fascinated us over time: Pop music, because we are in search of dreams and stories that are universally valid. Jazz, because a good melody is even better if it surprises you. Film music, because we love when the music creates small 4-5 minute worldviews.

Added to this is the Danish language, the direct way into the cerebral cortex, where shared memories, hopes and frustrations reside. We are careful with words.
